Volunteers
DIRECTORS
Establish the vision and direction for the forum.
Facilitates the forum by the selection and
interaction of other participating team members in their supporting
roles. Provides oversight of all volunteers and maintains the apostolic
relational aspect of the forum.
MODERATOR
Selected by the
Director.
Interacts with the Director in their role of
moderating a discussion e-list or other medium. Interacts with the
Webmaster for list maintenance and technical issues relating to their
e-list.
ASSISTANT MODERATOR
Assists the Moderator
wherever possible. Fills in when they are away or unable to attend to the
lists.
Moderation consists of presenting topics for discussion; discussing topics
presented by subscribers; promoting on-line relationship among
subscribers; handling conflicts among subscribers with firmness and tact
in the spirit of love. Appeals for assistance with conflicts will be
made to the Director. The moderator is the "face" of AT to the subscribers.
WEBMASTER
Selected by the Director.
Develops and maintains
the website according to the direction established by the Director. Sets
up and maintains the technical aspects of e-mail lists and other mediums.
Interacts with the other team members (Director and List Moderators) as
needed to provide the best possible internet presence and communication
medium(s). This person is in the background and unseen by the subscribers. |
